  Charged $25 for wiper fluid I didn't ask for and came away with NO wiper fluid in the car. That's $5 bottle and 2 seconds of work.

  I can't say enough about Bill and his family. We broke down at the top of the Creston/Salmo Pass. No cell service there, so I hitched a ride back down the hill to Salmo, while my wife stayed with our truck & 5th wheel trailer. Someone at the gas station directed me over to Bill's. He and his wife Tracey were very personable and helpful in getting us towed down the hill to their place and fixed up so we could continue on the next day. I HIGHLY recommend their service!

  Our motorhome broke down after taking the pass, we made it to the shop and not a foot further. The engine quit. Owner and wife were so kind and helpful, we were stranded with a toddler and 2 dogs. We decided to get the motorhome back home and decide on what we will do next. They found us a tow back home for a good price, and the owner even was so kind to drive us and our dogs up to Castlegar so we could rent a car, even waited with our dogs while we sorted out another mess at the rental place. This was well after his shop had closed. We just had SUCH a bad day, and it could have been so much worse if we had not stopped at this shop. For not ending up getting any work done with him, that's incredible service. We even said to ourselves on the way home that it's so nice that there are still good people in this world. Thank you again.
